Platform Fee

A fee charged on any financial exchange between a Buyer and a Vendor processed through SabiTrack's rail - in either direction of payment.

It applies when the Buyer pays the Vendor (invoices, milestones, retainers) and when the Vendor pays the Buyer (listing fees, performance bonds, rebates).

What does the Platform Fee cover?

Milestone verification & release, approval workflow orchestration, full audit trail for every transaction, dispute handling capability, and automated reconciliation reports. Payment processor fees (Paystack, Stripe, banks) are billed separately by those providers.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual pre-pay plans run for 12 months from activation. No long-term lock-ins beyond what you choose.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically 2-4 weeks from contract signing to go-live, depending on tier. Enterprise is scoped separately.
