Platform Architecture
SabiTrack is structured as a business operating system, meaning it is designed to consolidate multiple business functions into one platform rather than functioning as a point solution.
A standalone hub for corporate project management, resource allocation, and financial oversight. Connect internal teams, external vendors, and C-suite leadership through visibility, accountability, and automation.
across departments, vendors, and milestone approvals
Businesses across Africa are scaling faster than the tools built to support them. Most platforms were not designed with local workflows, team structures, or market realities in mind. The gap between ambition and execution has never been wider.
SabiTrack is structured as a business operating system, meaning it is designed to consolidate multiple business functions into one platform rather than functioning as a point solution.
Define exactly who needs to approve a project before it moves to execution. Gate kickoffs, assign approvers by role, and ensure no project starts without the right sign off.
SabiTrack brings your projects, departments, teams, and external vendors into one system with controlled spend, dedicated views, and clear accountability.
Built-in billing and invoice management, supporting both B2B client billing and vendor payment flows.
Task tracking, team assignments, deadlines, and progress visibility across departments for both internal and external stakeholders.
Set approval chains by department, amount, or project type. Every budget request is automatically routed to the right approver, with full visibility into status at every stage
From first brief to final delivery, SabiTrack keeps every team, every department, and every stakeholder aligned in one place.
Invite your team members, assign roles, and structure your workspace by department. Everyone knows who they are, what they own, and what they have access to from day one.
Create a project, define your milestones, and break work down into sprints and deliverables. Set deadlines, assign tasks to team members, and run every approval workflow before the first task kicks off.
Communicate, share updates, and track progress all within the project. Bring in external vendors or clients by inviting them directly into the workspace with controlled access so they only see what they need to see.
Monitor progress across every sprint, milestone, and deliverable in real time. Flag blockers early, keep stakeholders informed, and close out projects with a full record of everything that happened from kick off to delivery.
Executives may buy the platform, but coordinators, field officers, and site teams decide whether it gets used every day.
SabiTrack helps internal project teams capture progress quickly, reduce end-of-day chasing, and onboard new staff without long training cycles. It gives operations leaders a clearer way to support the people doing the daily follow-up in the field.
Clear project briefs, approval paths, and repeatable workflows help new team members get up to speed faster.
Let field staff record progress while moving through low-connectivity areas and sync once signal returns.
Keep key screens usable and lighter to load when teams are working on weak mobile data.
Capture spoken progress notes when typing is slower than getting the issue logged.
A market-benchmarked price card that lets every buyer pay for the level of access they need. Model A is the published, procurement-friendly structure, while tracked-spend and pilot/seat models stay available for the segments they fit.
For small teams managing a handful of projects
For multi-team operations with structured approvals
For enterprise-scale deployments & multi-entity groups
For State MDAs, large contractors, and donor programmes
Multi-agency rollup, dedicated hosting, custom SLA, and integrations for large public-sector or multi-country programmes.

Recommended primary model: publish Model A as the standard price card government buyers can defend on a budget line. Reserve tracked-spend pricing for Tier 4 negotiations and keep the 60-day pilot as the entry motion into Tier 1 and Tier 2.
A small base fee plus a percentage of Annual Tracked Spend Volume (ATSV) flowing through SabiTrack. This mirrors Procore's annual-construction-volume logic and Buildertrend's 2026 shift away from flat tiers.
Under ₦2B tracked per year: 0.12% of ATSV plus ₦150,000/month. ₦2B–₦10B: 0.08% plus ₦150,000/month. Above ₦10B: 0.05% plus ₦150,000/month.
Strength: price scales with the size of the capital programme being tracked, so a ₦50B infrastructure rollout pays more than a ₦500M site. Trade-off: harder for MDAs to budget for a variable line item and requires spend-volume disclosure. Use as the internal anchor for Enterprise custom quotes, not the public list.
| Fee | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 60-day free pilot | Free | Full feature access, 1 project, up to 5 users. No card required; mirrors the pilot already used with construction and energy accounts. |
| Base fee after conversion | ₦120,000/month | Covers admin, dashboard, one project, and standard support. |
| Per-seat add-on | ₦18,000/user/month | Applies beyond the first 5 seats and lets revenue grow as an account expands. |
| Use case | Private fast-scaling accounts | Best for the existing pilot-to-paid motion. Avoid publishing broadly because 60+ seats can out-cost Tier 3 unless capped. |
