How long does verification take?
Most vendors are verified within 24–48 hours after documents are submitted.
Do I need to re-verify?
No. You only verify once. We will only ask again if your details change or if compliance rules require an update.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are tied to milestones. The sponsor funds the project into escrow. The vendor shares evidence when a milestone is complete, and upon sponsor approval, funds are automatically released to the vendor's wallet.
What regions are supported?
We start in Nigeria, then expand to Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, and Côte d'Ivoire. More African markets will be added as we roll out payment rails and vendor onboarding in each country.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can explore the platform, set up a project, and test core features at no cost. Paid plans only apply when you start using escrow, vendor verification, or advanced reporting.
