Browse the SabiTrack marketplace to find the right vendors for your project, or invite vendors and collaborators you already know directly to the platform. Everyone gets a role and everyone knows what they are responsible for.
Agree on the Price
Set your budget per milestone and send it to your vendor. They review the scope, accept or negotiate, and you go back and forth up to three times until both sides are happy. Once the price is agreed, it is locked. No surprises later.
Fund the Project
Disburse funds into your SabiTrack wallet before work begins. Your money is held securely in escrow and only released when a milestone is completed and verified. Work cannot start until the funds are in place.
Monitor Progress
Vendors submit updates and upload attachments at every milestone. If you have assigned a Project Runner, they verify everything on the ground before you approve. You always know exactly where your project stands.
Approve and Release
Once a milestone is completed and verified, approve it and funds are automatically released to the vendor. Move to the next milestone and repeat until your project is delivered.

How do I create a project?
Go to Projects → Create New Project, fill in the project title, description, budget, and timeline, then publish. You can also add milestones to break down work into phases.
How do I invite vendors or project runners?
Once a project is created, you can invite specific vendors or project runners by selecting them from your browse vendors or entering their email details.
How are payments handled?
Payments are milestone-based. Funds are held securely in wallet until you approve a completed milestone, after which payment is released to the vendor or project runner.
Can invited vendors negotiate their payment?
Yes. After sending an invitation, vendors or runners can review and negotiate milestone amounts before accepting the project.
What happens if a milestone is disputed?
You can open a dispute from the Milestone Details page. Sabitrack's support team will mediate between you and the vendor or runner.
